This session will focus on Folkstyle wrestling for the focused athlete in grades 7-12. Practices will be held in the RCTC Wrestling Room on both Sundays and Wednesdays, starting September 7th. Wednesday practices will conclude November 12th. Practices will take place from 3:00-4:30PM on Sundays and from 7:00-8:30PM on Wednesdays. Practice will be primarily run by Head Coach Cody Buchanan, but also feature a cast of assistants including club alumni, RCTC athletes and coaches, and friends of the club.
